Tour Cost EXCLUDES:
Ø Meals other than Specified in Tour Cost includes.
Ø Any Train/Airfare Fare to Reach Cochin & Return from Cochin/Trivendrum. .
Ø Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered
Ø Guide fee, Garden Entrance Fees, Camera fee Monument / Museum Entrances, & Camp Fire.
Ø Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”.
Ø The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary
Ø Medical & Travel Insurance
Ø Any changes you may choose to make during your tour.
Ø Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
Ø Any adventure activity
Ø Any personal shopping.
Ø Medical and emergency cost.
Ø Additional cost due to road closure or any other reason.
Terms and Conditions
1) The first day, Cochin sightseeing with start at 2:30 pm, so ensure that all of you are reaching before 2:30 pm.
2) After 2:30 pm if there is arrival, we are unable to provide tour with group. If
they reach late, then they can be at the hotel; but to reach group they have to hire a local vehicle.
3) We will be dropping at 1:30 pm to respective airports on Day 08..
4) If any guest need a drop earlier or later, the charges for the same will be extra.
5) According to the itinerary and the timing, the guests has to follow timings strictly as advised the tour leader. If any guests are not following the timings, they will have to hire additional vehicle with additional charges.
6) Ensure that all of you are carrying valid id proof
7) Other Terms and Conditions as per ‘ABN Tours Domestic Booking’ Form.
Please Note:
1. Tour will Start on Day 1 from Cochin and End at Cochin / Trivandrum on Day 8.
2. Itinerary may be changed without prior information due to weather condition, road condition or any other reason.
